Our practice is one of the first in Brazil to be granted the ISO 37.001:2017 certificate for an anti-bribery and compliance management system. The certificate was issued in 2019 and renewed in November 2020. See below our code of conduct or access our reporting channel.

Anti-bribery policy
TSA Advogados does not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery and is committed to complying with the anti-bribery laws applicable to the organization, according to our anti-bribery policy.
Code of conduct and ethics
The Code of Conduct and Ethics formalizes the ethical principles and rules of conduct that aim to improve professional and social relations in the work environment, and it applies to all TSA’s employees.
Reporting channel
Our reporting channel provides employees, clients and third parties with a simple and anonymous way to report discrepancies, which allows TSA to be aware of all the facts and investigate unethical conduct.
