Performance focused on corporate law
Our firm has a track record of over 15 years in corporate law, working alongside some of Brazil’s largest companies. Our commitment to building long-lasting and close ties with our clients is repeatedly awarded on a corporate and individual basis by the Análise Advocacia yearbook.
We take the idea of getting to know our clients and working by their side very seriously. This means we are with them at every stage of the process, in planning, strategy and execution, from the most complex to the trivial, using a multidisciplinary approach.
But we are not only focused on what is offered and delivered to our clients, we also care about how it is done and this has led us to becoming one of the first law firms in Brazil to be granted the ISO 37.001:2017 certificate for anti-bribery and compliance management system.

Our story
2005
The firm is born with four lawyers in a small room on Libero Badaró street in downtown São Paulo.
2009
We consolidated our position as a strategic service provider by focusing on the social security tax area and by adding large companies to our portfolio.
2010
We hit the milestone of 40 lawyers and the firm is ranked for the first time in Análise Advocacia 500 (Análise Legal 500).
2012
We moved to new headquarters on Brasil Avenue.
2014
We increased our expertise in the Civil area by welcoming new partners.
2015
We reached the mark of one billion reais in financial victories for its clients. Our founding partner, Thiago Taborda Simões, is ranked for the first time in Análise Advocacia 500 (Análise Legal 500).
2016
We enhanced our expertise in the Corporate, M&A, Contracts and Administrative Law areas by incorporating new partners and moved our headquarters to Groenlândia Street.
2017
We increased our expertise in the Tax area after the arrival of a new partner.
2018
We were ranked first in three categories in the Análise Advocacia 500 (Análise Legal 500) yearbook: most respected law firm in the Social Security area, most respected lawyer in the Social Security area and in the State of São Paulo, Thiago Taborda Simões. We were also recognized and highlighted in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax, Regulatory and Compliance.
2018
We celebrate the publication of the tenth law book written by members of the firm. The academic and professional activities feed back to each other.
2019
Our practice is the first in Brazil to be granted the ISO 37.001:2017 certificate for an anti-bribery and compliance management systems.
2019
We expanded our expertise in the Social Security defrayment area after welcoming a new partner for the tax area.
2020
We celebrated 15 years in our new headquarters at Groenlândia Street with a new brand, a reflection of our ongoing growth and evolution: TSA Advogados.

Tax
We are repeatedly recognized for our work in tax consulting and litigation at the municipal, state and federal level. Our team has a multidisciplinary background, which allows us to offer comprehensive solutions: tax organization, credit recovery and advisory assistance in corporate transactions.
Social Security
We advise in all aspects that involve social security matters: defrayment, benefits and complementary social security. Our team has a multidisciplinary background, which allows us to offer integrated solutions: litigation and advisory services, strategic remuneration (hiring, remuneration and benefits policies), economic efficiency and credit recovery.
Labor
We are skilled in strategic litigation (administrative and judicial) and 360-degree labor consulting (employment contracts, remuneration and benefits policies, individual and collective negotiations and due diligences).
Corporate recovery and financial restructuring
We operate in all aspects of judicial, extrajudicial and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in financial restructuring projects, including debt restructuring and risk analysis. We provide assistance to our clients on liability management, fundraising and development of structures for new investments. In addition, we represent companies in debt renegotiation processes and operate in the negotiation and drafting of agreements with creditors.
Civil
We represent clients in judicial and extrajudicial claims related to civil liability, credit recovery, contractual and corporate matters, real estate and consumer relations, insurance and intellectual property. We also cover preventive actions in civil and commercial matters, draw up legal reports and legal auditing, as well as offer alternative dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration.
Real Estate
We help in structuring real estate transactions involving rural and urban properties, regulating real estate before city halls and registry offices, and offering legal assistance for the acquisition of real estate in judicial and extrajudicial auctions. We also advise on purchase, sale and lease agreements, built-to-suit leases, sale-leaseback, donations, among other modalities.
Corporate law
We represent clients in all aspects of corporate law: review and drafting of corporate documents and contracts, incorporation of Brazilian and foreign companies, corporate reorganizations (M&As, splits and restructuring) and consulting services in data room and due diligence procedures.
