Sidney Stahl is a partner in the Tax practice at TSA Advogados. He holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Tax Law and a master’s degree in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), where he graduated and was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law.
He served as a member of the 3rd Section of the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF) and is the founder of the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies (APET). He has authored and co-authored several books and serves as a board member.
