Anderson Fonseca is a partner in the Tax Advisory practice at TSA Advogados. He holds a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, extension courses in Tax Law from Insper and an LL.M. in Tax Law from FMP.
He has over 20 years in strategic tax consulting, tax planning and M&A transactions, on highly complex projects for companies in consumer goods, healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, IT, food, chemicals and infrastructure. He worked at law firms and at consultancies such as EY and Alvarez & Marsal, co-founded Cosmos Advisors and founded SF Partners.
