Ailton Christensen is a partner in the Judicial Reorganization practice at TSA Advogados. He works on strategic and financial management, business and debt restructuring, credit markets (FIDCs and factoring) and Banking, Corporate and Insolvency Law.
He holds a business degree with a specialization in Finance from FEA-USP and a law degree from FMU, and has over 25 years in C-level roles at financial institutions and companies. He has been a board member of SSK Análises since 2010 and is a member of the OAB-SP Banking Law Committee, with board training from IBGC and a specialization in Judicial Reorganization from IBAJUD.
